Support & SLA

Reliability is a team sport, not a one-person pager

Janksaxx runs a staffed, follow-the-sun support operation. Every retainer client gets a named delivery manager, a dedicated Slack channel, and a clear escalation path to a senior engineer — not a black-hole ticket queue.

Our reliability and support team is on-call across three time zones so someone who knows your stack is always available.

On-call process

What happens when something breaks

Our incident response follows a simple four-step playbook so issues are contained fast and lessons are captured.

1. Alert

Monitoring and client channels route alerts to the on-call reliability engineer. Critical pages go to phone and Slack.

2. Acknowledge

On-call confirms within SLA, opens a war-room channel, and notifies the account delivery manager.

3. Contain

Immediate rollback, scaling action, or failover to stop customer impact before root-cause analysis.

4. Resolve & review

Fix ships, post-incident review is written within 24 hours, and follow-up actions are tracked in the client backlog.
